The electronic form to your right is for our Apartment / Condominium database. In order to participate in our 2009 Recycling Initiative. Please complete the form to qualify for this program. It will take approximately 15 minutes. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

After we receive the completed questionnaire we will contact you to schedule your participation in our Apartment Recycling Initiative. Participating apartments and condominiums will receive one recycling bag per unit, posters, educational materials (for both residents and management), magnets, a copy of Ontario Regulation 103/94 and recommendations for improved recycling programs.

In order to participate in this initiative and receive your free in unit recycling bags you must have a recycling program in your building or if you do not currently have a recycling program, but would like to establish one and take advantage of the 2009 initiative - please fill out the form (link in the right side column).

You will have to purchase to recycling carts in order to be eligible to participate in this program.
