Residential items that are free to drop off:
- Yard Waste (Tree trimmings, brush, and leaves) excluding grass
- Scrap Metal
- Tires (car, truck or tractor) to a maximum of 8 per year)
- White Goods & Appliances without freon
- Household Chemical Waste
- Recyclables
- Electronics
Residential items that WILL be CHARGED A Tipping Fee to drop off:
- Garbage
- Grass Clippings
- Dirt and Sod
- Railway Ties (maximum 6 ties)
- Shingles
- Appliances containing Freon
SPLIT LOAD POLICY
If you have free and chargeable items in the same load you have to go over the scale twice; first to drop off the materials that are free and then a second time with the materials that are charged a tipping fee. Otherwise you will be charged the tipping fee on the whole load.

Loads delivered in a rental vehicle, rental trailer or a dealer plated vehicle will be assessed a fee at a rate of $6.20/100 kg, otherwise the following applies:
4 loads $2.00 each annually, if load weight 0-100 kg. Further loads weighing 1-100 kg AFTER 4 loads will be assessed a flat fee of $10.45
Loads weighing more than 100 kg will be assessed as:
Over 100 kg $10.45 per 100 kg
(on the total weight)
