SPLIT LOAD POLICY If you have free and chargeable items in the same load you have to go over the scale twice; first to drop off the materials that are free and then a second time with the materials that are charged a tipping fee. Otherwise you will be charged the tipping fee on the whole load. Please note that any load of refuse or organics delivered by a residential or commercial customer in a rental vehicle or trailer will be assessed a fee at the commercial rates of $6.20/100 kg for refuse. Roy Expressway Hours of Operation: WINTER: Jan – Mar 31, 2012 M – F 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM, Sat. 9AM – 12:45 PM (Commencing again on Dec. 3, 2012) SPRING/SUMMER/AUTUMN: Apr 2 – Dec 1, 2012 Mon. to Sat. 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM CLOSED SUNDAYS HOUSEHOLD CHEMICAL WASTE DEPOT Holiday ScheduleClosed: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Boxing Day and half days on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve. Residents may drop off the following types of waste:
Methods of Payment: Cash, Cheque, Debit, Credit Cards (Visa, Amex & MasterCard), Pre-arranged Account or Drawdown Account* (A $25 Charge will be applied against NSF cheques) * A drawdown account constitutes payment in advance.
