	Public Notice ALL RESIDENTS UTILIZING THE PUBLIC DROP OFF DEPOTS IN KINGSVILLE AND WINDSOR... Effective: Jun. 2/08 there will a fee assessed at a rate of $57/tonne ($5.70/100 kg) on any load delivered in a RENTAL vehicle or RENTAL trailer. Location: 2021 County Road 31 (Albuna Townline) in the Municipality of Kingsville (between the towns of Leamington and Ruthven, Ontario). Hours of Operation: NOV-APRIL Mon. - Fri.: 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. On Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - NOON MAY-OCT. 	Waste Type	Residential Tipping Fees

	Residential Refuse/Garbage	Free disposal for up to 400 kg/calendar year to a maximum of 6 free loads, whichever comes first. After max has been reached $9.05/100 kg will be charged with a minimum fee of $9/load.

	Residential Household Chemical Waste	Free of Charge

	Residential YARD WASTE Tree Trimmings/Brush/Leaves (excludes grass)	Free of Charge

	Residential GRASS	$2.00 per container

		Industrial/Commercial Customers

	Refuse/Garbage	Charge Account Customers: $57.00/tonne Cash Customers: $5.70/100 kg ($5.70 minimum charge applies)

	Tree Trimmings/Brush Grass/Leaves	Charge Account Customers: $39.00/tonne Cash Customers: $3.90/100kg ($4 minimum charge applies)

	NO PARTIAL DUMPING OF LOADS Materials NOT accepted: Rail Road Ties, Radioactive Waste, Biomedical waste, Unidentified Chemical Waste, Industrial Chemical Waste, Ammunition, and Stumps small quantities of railroad ties can be brought to the Windsor Public Drop Off Depot until the Ministry of the Environment comes up with an environment friendly disposal solution.
