Facilities
Essex-Windsor Regional Landfill Transfer Station No. 1 Public Drop Off Depot Transfer Station No. 2 & Public Drop Off		The Regional Landfill is located at 7700 County Road 18, R.R. #3 Cottam in the Town of Essex. (Not available for Public Drop Off) Windsor Public Drop Off Depot at E.C. Row and Central Avenue on 3450 North Service Road East contains the DROP OFF DEPOT, Yard Waste Drop Off Site, the Household Chemical Collection Centre and Reuse Centre. Transfer Station No. 2 at 2021 County Road 31 off Hwy #3 between the towns of Ruthven and Leamington. It is available for PUBLIC DROP OFF of waste. Note: Annual Reports are available through the RESOURCES section of our website.
