The Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority (EWSWA) provides various programs to assist the community with waste diversion, recycling and education. Check this page regularly to find out what's new.

MASTER PLAN OPEN HOUSES

The EWSWA is looking for feedback from you, an Essex-Windsor resident , on how we can all do a better job of reducing what goes in our local landfill. We are undertaking a study to determine what else residents of Essex-Windsor can do to increase the amount that we recycle and compost. Your input is important to us. Contact us by email at Ask@ewswa.org or call our toll free hotline at 1-800-563-3377 to provide us with your comments. We will be having an open house on November 2, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM in the Town of Essex in the Civic Centre and again on November 3, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Windsor City Hall if you would like to attend in person to discuss your views.
