Customer Service Representative (Temporary 24-months)

Role Snapshot 

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide essential support for the successful rollout of the Green Bin Program and ongoing support for other Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority (EWSWA) programs. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing requests, providing education on EWSWA programs, and ensuring smooth implementation of the Green Bin Program. The CSR will play a vital role in promoting sustainability efforts and ensuring the community's engagement with the program.
