It’s a “New Year” that brings a “New Focus”, “New Look” and a “New Green Bin”! The Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority invites you to celebrate with us, as we turn over a new leaf in 2025.

Since its inception, the EWSWA has been focused on managing solid waste generated in Essex-Windsor through its three Depots, the Essex-Windsor Regional Landfill and programming like the Blue Box. Due to provincial legislation changes, the EWSWA is expanding their programming and “Focus” with the launch of a new Regional Green Bin Program this fall to keep food waste and organics out of the garbage. As a result, the EWSWA has refreshed its “Look” to support making Essex-Windsor a greener Region!
