Customer Service Support

There are three ways to access Customer Service Support:

  1. Call 1-800-563-3377
  2. Via one of the two online portals below. There is a portal for Green Bin issues/questions only and a portal for all other EWSWA programs. 
  3. Blue Box Recycling. The information will direct you to GFL, who is contracted to collect residential recycling for Circular Materials.
