Submitting a Delegation Request

Persons desiring to present information verbally on matters of fact or to make a request of the Authority shall give notice to the General Manager not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the preparation of the Agenda which will govern the proceedings of the meetings.  At the appropriate time, in the meeting of the Authority, the delegation will be heard on motion of the Authority, but the delegation shall be limited in speaking to not more than ten (10) minutes.  The Authority may consider a request from persons wishing to appear as a delegation without the notice as referred to above, upon a motion of the Authority.
